Pineapple Coconut Snowballs

Sometime, I am so panic when it comes to what to bring to the party or what to serve my guest for dessert when I don’t feel like jumping to the kitchen to do baking. But this dessert is very easy to make since the recipe only calls for three ingredients. It is very quick and do not require baking. If I can make it, surely you can make it too.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained
21/2 cups flaked coconut

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapply until combined. Cover and refrigerated for 30 minutes. Roll into 1-in. balls; roll in coconut. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Yield: about 2 dozen.
