Es Campur

Summer in Erie is getting hotter everyday. In the last couples of day we don't get much of rain yet. I am thinking of making some kind of smoothie to relax myself in this kind of weather. I need a drink which will remind me with a hot and humid day in Indonesia. So I don't have to much complaint about hot weather in Erie because if I compare with the weather in Indonesia, Erie weather is nothing!

So some of Asian can fruit in my pantry give me an idea on what to make. Finally I decide to make "ES CAMPUR" in English probably will apply to "FRUIT COCKTAIL". Oh may I can't wait to make one soon! Es campur is always become one of my favorite drink.

It is very easy to make and doesn't require blender or smoothie machine. And you can find those ingredients at local Asian grocery store.

What you need:
2 Avocados
1 can of Jack fruit
1 can of palm seed
Any kind of pudding
1/2 can sweetened condense milk
Marjan strawberry syrup
4 cups or more of water

Cut all the fruit and mix them up with sweetened condense milk, strawberry syrup and water. Store in refrigerator for about 1 hours then it is ready to served.
