I am a fish eater!
…mmm… love the smell of deep frying fish. Even though I have just eaten, I would probably take another plate if I see deep fried fish on the table. Especially love it when I can eat them with hot chilly peppers. Yaw… Heavenly!! My recipe is not a fancy or difficult at all though. It is simple ! After you rinse the fish, apply them with garlic powder and pepper powder. Put aside for about 15 minutes until the spices are absorbed. After that, deep frying them.
In refrigerator, I still have lots of cherry tomatoes. Not knowing what I am going to do with them. I guess I give myself one more shot of them before they are rotten. Those tomatoes are good for making some kind of chilly sauce. Simple to make and yummy but it will burn your tongue with fire.
To make chilly:
Cut tomatoes into small cubes
Shallot (slices)
Thai pepper (cut)
Mix all the ingredient well with lime juice (I used fresh lime)
Refrigerate for half an hour until the entire ingredients absorbed.

Most of Asian likes to eat this frying fish while it is still warm with warm white rice. THAT is my heavenly brunch! So what did I feed my hubby and my son as they don’t like this kind of spicy stuff ? I will post this issue in different page later.

ZOO mommy!! My son nagged me to go to the zoo. Oh! he loves going to the zoo. We have a small zoo here in Erie, PA. Not many animals are around but it is a nice place for families to spend time together with kids.
His favorite animal is LION, but I don’t have a good shot of it as the LIONS keep staying away and hiding from me. I saw my son was playing peek a boo with a LLAMA. I think LLAMAS are so cute! With his two bunny teeth sticking out, oh! They made me laugh. Also brought a good laugh to Nathaniel as keep calling them as sheep!

I´m fish eater too!. Aku biasanya makan sama cocolan sambel kecap Dwi, nahhh..klo ikan nih aku musti saingan ama anakku yg kecil..doyannn banget dia.
Dwi..suka banget ama poto2 na...kalo ama ikan nggak doyan ach.

Waakss! Kok samaan sih Say? Jumat kemaren gue sekeluarga juga baru jalan2 ke bonbin :). Lumayan refreshing buat kamera gue, biar bisa libur dari motoin makanan...hehehe.
Hmmm...mackarel-nya keliatan sedap. Gue paling demen makan ikan yg digoreng agak garing.
Dwi, gue suka foto lo yg di tengah. Cobaan dikirim buat Click Au Naturel kemaren ya. Abisan keren banget DoF-nya.
Gue udah baca entry lo di MP. Gak bisa ngasih komen, soalnya gak punya account MP...huhuhu. Gue senyum2 sendiri waktu baca tulisan lo yg tentang kebawa mimpi. Sama banget, Say. Kadang gue butuh waktu buat tidur lelap, soalnya di kepala gue banyak ide2 yang pengen cepet2 dituangin. Kalo enggak, bisa pecah nih kepala :D.
Dwi, baek banget laki lo bikinin kotak buat moto ya. Sekarang2 ini gue lebih sering moto di balkon. Soalnya kalo di dalem rumah, gue mesti pake tripod. Nah, anak gue yg plg kecil demen banget geret2 tu tripod. Gayanya sama banget deh sama anak lo Nathan :).
Gue lagi. Maap ya kebanyakan nulis komen :D.
Setau gue, selain ngembangin kue, pake emulsifer juga bikin kue jadi lembut teksturnya. Kalo pake baking powder kayaknya bakal beda, Dwi. Gue pernah baca (lupa sumbernya), emulsifer bisa diganti pake telur kuning (gak tau berapa jumlahnya, mungkin 1 atau 2 biji). Tapi, ngocok adonannya mesti agak lamaan.
Tentang fresh cream, elo tau whipped cream kan? Nah, fresh cream itu bahan dasar si whipped cream yg belom dikocok. Kalo di tempat gue disebut "Sahne" :)
keren banget neh dwiana! hehehe aku paling doyan ikan digoreng tapi orang2 sini paling serem heheheh, dicolek sambal pake nasi anget sip deh!
sip! aku juga penggemar ikan, terutama goreng atau bakar, pakai sambel terasi, nasinya sebakul bakul deh....
